T-Opto« is a Toyota Tsusho America brand focused on the development of LED packages, modules, retrofit bulbs, and power supplies. They were focused on establishing long-term relationships with Lighting OEMs. Effectively they will phase out this division as of the end of December. Their USA office will be open through March in order to complete all of their financial transactions. As with the recent exit by Honeywell, the issue is that between product innovation and execution, the costs are coming down, but the prices are coming down even fasterůso that they are generating losses that they cannot justify.
